I don't understand some of these reviews, so let's be clear: we come every week for a panzerotto or a puccia. They're excellent. When you arrive, you order at the cashier, then if there's a table outside, you eat there; otherwise, you can find a seat in the square. It's not a restaurant, so there's no point in waiting for a seat or for waiters to move around the tables. It's simply not that kind of place, nor does it present itself as such. Once you're finished, you take the plates, glasses, and whatever else you want and throw them in the recycling bins nearby. Have you seen the prices of the panzerotti?! They're excellent and incredibly low. I've always found the entire staff incredibly kind and welcoming. There's a single chef, who prepares everything freshly with fresh ingredients. Does it take longer than at McDonald's? Obviously, and thank goodness for that. In the meantime, you can have a drink, sit in the sun, and enjoy the lively square while chatting. I go with my family on a Saturday and the atmosphere is relaxed. The wait has never been a problem, and we even have a child who reads a comic or plays ball while we wait. However, we've never waited more than half an hour on exceptionally busy days; it usually takes 10 minutes. I find it unfair to make judgments based on your own arbitrary expectations. This is the place, and it depends on what you're looking for, but that doesn't make it "wrong." For me, it's a given.

The owner is always kind and helpful. We've tried several sweet and savory options and have always been satisfied. Highly recommended for anyone who wants to enjoy a panzerotto while strolling or at the tables outside.

The panzerotti are delicious, truly gigantic, and at a great price. The menu is varied, and even the products at the counter look really good. The wait mentioned in many reviews (which, for me, having been three or four times, has never been more than twenty minutes) is, in my opinion, more than justified by the quality and craftsmanship of the freshly made product: you can sit back and chat while you wait; there are tables, and it's also pleasant, right? There aren't many "panzerotterie" around, and I don't know of any that make panzerotti so large that one fills you up for €3-4.

Exceptional,...I'm leaving from Saronno in the province of Varese to eat these superb panzerotti,....I'll point out, they're piping hot because they're made to order, so super fresh, and even if you wait, good heavens you're on vacation,.....the owner is always friendly and you can tell he really cares about what he does. GREAT, KEEP IT UP.

Friendly and very helpful staff... Excellent and quality food... Excellent and average prices... Panzerotti you absolutely must try... The location on the square is beautiful, personally I would increase the choices and differentiate the possibilities of different types of panzerotti a little... Maybe even some draft beer could be an excellent idea...

The best panzerotti I've ever tasted...the owner is very kind and takes great care in preparing them...we travel a long way just to bite into them...

Delicious panzerotti. Friendly and polite staff. The guy is great, I think he's new because I've never seen him. The brioches are also good. They have a wide selection of typical southern sweets. The wait was a little long, but not too long given the crowds. Slow, but with love. Congratulations. We'll definitely be back to try some other delicacies.

The panzerotti and the brioches are worth the wait.. the guys seemed a bit nervous but I think it was due to the rudeness of many people waiting who had no respect for anything.. we will return on a quieter day.. I recommend..
